How to Edit or Delete a User on TaskPilot

Managing your team on TaskPilot is simple. Here’s how you can edit or delete a user’s information.

Step 1: Go to the Team Section

Log in to your TaskPilot account and head over to the sidebar menu on the left. Click on Team and then select Users from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page where you can see all the users on your team.

Step 2: Find the User

On the Users page, scroll through the list to find the user you want to edit or delete. 

Step 3: Edit or Delete a User

Once you’ve found the user, hover over their name to see the Edit and Delete buttons appear on the right. Click the Edit button to open a modal where you can update their information. After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply the updates.

If you need to deactivate the user, click the Delete button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm that you want to deactivate the user, and they will be moved to the Deactivated Users tab. If you need to reactivate the user later, follow our reactivation guide.
