How to Create a User on TaskPilot

Adding a new user to your team is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to get your team members onboard:

Step 1: Go to the Team Section

First, log in to your TaskPilot account. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a sidebar menu. Click on Team and then select Users from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page where you can manage all your users.

Step 2: Add a New User

Once you're on the Users page, look at the upper right corner. You’ll see a blue ‘+’ button. Click it, and a new window will pop up for you to enter the user’s details.

Step 3: Fill in the Information

In the popup window, you’ll need to fill in some important information about the new user:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Roles
  • Divisions
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

After you’ve entered all the necessary details, just click the "Add User" button at the bottom. Your new team member will be added and they’ll get an invitation to join TaskPilot.
