How to Contact a Client Using the TaskPilot App

Contacting a client directly from the TaskPilot App is a simple thing to do, just follow these few steps to reach out.

To easily reach out to a client directly from the TaskPilot app, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your TaskPilot app and tap on the Dashboard icon located at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the main navigation area.
  2. Once in the Dashboard, tap on the My Tasks section to view your list of assigned tasks. From the list, select the task associated with the client you need to contact.
  3. Within the task details, navigate to the Details tab. Here, you’ll see the organization’s name linked to the task. Tap on the organization name to open a modal window, where you’ll find the client’s phone number. Simply tap the phone number to initiate a call directly from your app.

This method allows you to quickly connect with clients, ensuring seamless communication directly from within your task workflow.
