How to Report an Issue in TaskPilot

Reporting issues in TaskPilot App is quick and simple. Here’s how you can easily report a problem and get it resolved.

If you encounter a problem while working in TaskPilot, reporting it is quick and simple. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your TaskPilot app and click on the Dashboard icon located in the bottom navigation bar. From there, tap on the My Tasks section to view your list of assigned tasks.

  2. Select the task where you encountered the issue by tapping on it. Scroll down to the bottom of the task details page and tap on the Report Issue button.

  3. In the issue report screen, choose the type of error you’re experiencing. If the issue is critical, be sure to mark it as such. You can also attach a note or photo to help your manager understand the problem more clearly. Once everything is filled out, tap Send to submit the report.
