How to Edit or Deactivate an App User

Managing your team on TaskPilot is simple. Here’s how you can edit or deactivate a user’s information.

Step 1: Go to the Team Section

Log in to your TaskPilot account and head over to the sidebar menu on the left. Click on Team and then select App Users from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page where you can see all app users on your team.

Step 2: Find the User

On the App Users page, scroll through the list to find the user you want to edit or deactivate. 

Step 3: Edit or Deactivate a User

Once you’ve found the user, hover over their name to see the Edit and Deactivate buttons appear on the right. Click the Edit button to open a form where you can update their information. After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply the updates.

If you need to deactivate the user, click the Deactivate button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm that you want to deactivate the user, and they will be moved to the Deactivated users tab. If you need to reactivate the user later, follow our reactivation guide.
