How to Create an App User

Adding a new user to your team on TaskPilot is easy. Follow these simple steps to onboard new team members quickly.

Adding a new user to your team is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to get your team members onboard:

Step 1: Go to the Team Section

First, log in to your TaskPilot account. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a sidebar menu. Click on Team and then select App Users from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page where you can manage all your users.

Step 2: Add a New User

Once you're on the App Users page, look at the upper right corner. You’ll see a blue ‘+’ button. Click it, and a new window will pop up for you to enter the user’s details.

Step 3: Fill in User Information

In the popup window, you’ll need to fill in some important information about the new user:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Emergency Contact Information

After you’ve entered all the necessary details, just click the "Add App User" button at the bottom. Your new team member will be added and they’ll get an invitation to join TaskPilot.
