Using task templates on TaskPilot is a quick and efficient way to manage recurring tasks. Here’s how you can use a task template in three easy steps:
Log in to your TaskPilot account. In the sidebar menu on the left, click on Workflow and select Tasks from the dropdown menu.
On the Tasks page, click the blue ‘+’ button in the top right corner. This will open the Add New Record modal. Select the type of task you want to create, then click Next. Choose a template from the available options, then click Use Template.
If needed, modify the template by updating the general information and allocated resources. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Add Task to save the new task based on the template.
