How to Create, Edit, or Delete Clients

Manage clients on TaskPilot by creating, editing, or deleting entries. Follow these steps to easily handle each client.

Managing clients on TaskPilot involves creating, editing, and deleting entries. Here’s how you can perform these actions step by step:

Navigate to the Administration Section

Log in to your TaskPilot account. In the sidebar menu on the left, click on Administration and select Clients from the dropdown menu.

Creating a Client

On the Clients page, click the blue ‘+’ button in the top right corner. This will open a modal where you need to enter the client's details, including their name, phone number, email, and billing information. Once you have filled in these details, click Add Client to save your new entry.

Editing a Client

To edit a client, first locate the client you wish to modify. Hover over the client’s row to reveal the Edit icon on the right side. Click this icon to open a modal where you can update the client’s details. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save Changes to apply the updates.

Deleting a Client

To delete a client, find the client you want to remove. Hover over the client’s row to reveal the Delete icon on the right side. Click this icon, and a confirmation window will appear. Confirm your decision to delete the client, and it will be removed from your list of clients to archive.
